Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original box with all included cables and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
